Job Title: Senior Analyst

Location: Galleria Area, Houston, TX (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst to join our innovative transportation technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, analyzing business performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives to optimize operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the performance of new initiatives, products, and strategies.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive leadership, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses into market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to meet company goals.
  • Support the implementation of new technology and process improvements by analyzing impact and efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or technology industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
