Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role as a Litigation Paralegal at Lindsay Hart LLP in Portland, Oregon. Our paralegals are responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing case discovery, responding to Requests for Production, and organizing discovery documents. Assisting in trial preparation, including witness and exhibit lists. Meeting with clients, witnesses, and third-party consultants.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in medical chronologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Familiarity with litigation software and technology
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree is preferred
