Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Support the clinical team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office software.

A compassionate and patient-centric attitude.
