Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a growing business and real estate law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of relevant experience to join its collegial team.


The firm is based out of Irvine, California; however, it is proud to offer its attorneys a work/life balance and is open to hybrid/remote work so long as the individual is a self-starter and can manage their case load efficiently and be available for trials and hearings as needed. Billable hour requirement is 1550 hours. This is a forward-thinking firm with a practical and laid-back culture


While this position will focus on business and real estate litigation, if the person is also interested in or able to handle transactional work, that is a bonus.


Qualifications of the Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business and real estate litigation (experience running civil litigation matters from start to finish, trial experience required);
  • The ability to competently handle their own case load and take cases all the way through trial, if needed;
  • Strong writing and verbal advocacy skills;
  • A self-starter attitude; customer service oriented;
  • Active California bar license;
  • Ability to reliably travel to the Firm’s Irvine, CA offices, as needed.

Compensation and benefits are competitive, ranging from $150-200 base salary, commensurate with experience.
