Excellent communication skills and client stakeholder facing

Expert in Service cloud with FSL Field Service lightning

Expert in SFDC Lightning and configuration hands on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs

Certified with Developer I Field Service Consultant

Should be able to define Salesforce solutions

Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry

Experience with Agile Development Scrum Practice

Participate in design discussions Experience writing user stories requirements test scripts and test cases
