We are 20-person woman-majority AI startup, inspired by Alice in Wonderland and her journey through the imagination. Our AI, we call Alice, is a bad-ass. No other way to put it. She's now an MVP but she's amazing. She's a new tech called Reflective AI. That means rather than using humanity to prompt an AI, Alice prompts her users, to help them think more deeply, be more creative and solve really hard problems. We want Alice to elevate humanity, not eclipse it. We want to build an AI that doesn't replace people but partners with them to make them more successful.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX product designer who understands how to create extraordinary end to end user experiences, from web site, to landing page to product--who also has a passion for the possibility of revolutionizing the way humanity engages with AI. You'd be working closely with an amazing product and creative team. We want to build a use journey that will set the world on fire, someone to help us build an amazing user experience. Think magic realism. You will be a key player on the team. We are a pre-seed generative AI startup targeting problem-solving and more specifically, the brand and marketing functions. For the time being, this is a remote, equity w possible hourly pay, full-time position. Great opportunity for someone to engage in the Brave New World of cutting-edge generative AI. Truth is the technology is stunning and will define our future.


Responsibilities

  • Working with team to design and build truly world-changing UI/UX
  • Work on product UI as well as website
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
  • Testing experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • 5+ years' experience UI/UX
  • Figma expertise
  • Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
