Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager who will be part of our Technology Domain owner team in Orlando and will be focused on the Digital Experiences and Technical Integration that support multiple lines of business across our sites.

The Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with multiple internal and external partners to produce consolidated strategic roadmaps of in-flight and planned initiatives across the organization. Their work will include monitoring the overall product health within their domain, as well as conducting industry, market and internal research to identify current-state and opportunities for future growth. They will be responsible for collaborating with partners of various disciplines, including Product Management, Operations Integration, Site Operations, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Creative Design, Analytics, Software Engineering, and more.

A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a large amount of data into strategic recommendations that will drive the guest and internal employee experience forward.


Duties:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to produce an ongoing consolidated domain roadmap of in-flight and future initiatives
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps
  • Capture business strategies and examine market analysis, industry trends, & research to inform key decisions
  • Integration and prioritization process to assess new projects
  • Support owners in driving key domain leadership meetings
  • Partner closely with Operations (Business) for current & future initiatives (tactical & strategic)
  • Periodic reporting to elevate new programs and sustainment views
  • Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the domain
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within context of the domain, while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Contribute to product roadmaps for the supporting assigned domain
  • Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners and anticipate impact on domain along with other desirable product outcomes
  • Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization
  • Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for evolving and improving the digital guest and employee experience
  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience with data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create presentable content and communicate through it effectively for all levels of the organization including front line employees and senior executives
