Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to oversee a care setting that provides support to adults with learning disabilites and complex needs. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining care standards and ensuring the well-being of the service users. This is a temporary position for a period of 3-6 months, working inside IR35 regulations. Based in the East of England.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
  • Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of service users are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing guidance and support when necessary, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with service users, their families, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring their involvement in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care, promoting holistic well-being and independence for service users.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting, taking appropriate measures to address any identified areas of improvement or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a regulated service.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or complex health needs
  • DBS on the update service
  • Immediate availability
