Paramedic

This position is a temporary 10 week position to cover a maternity leave. This position will also have the potential to become a full time position if desired as we are looking to expand our roster. Flex hours will be available until the position becomes formal.

This position requires responding to all requested calls and transfers within our service area and mutual aid to neighboring services. Position is a 36 hour per week minimum with overtime at 1.5 hourly pay readily available. Pay differential for nights and holidays. 12-hour shifts is the base schedule, but flexibility is available upon request. We primarily run trucks staffed with a paramedic and an EMT.

Compensation is determined by years experience at an

hourly rate. A two week pay period is utilized with pay on Tuesday after the

period, overtime is calculated on a weekly basis. Competitive medical/dental

Crookston Area Ambulance is a service with about 800

square miles serving the cities of Crookston, Fisher, Neillsville and Climax.

We have a regional access hospital in Crookston, with advanced care in Grand

Forks, ND and Fargo, ND. We average between 1600 and 1700 runs annually.
