Clinic Director - Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as Clinic Director for Proficio’s pediatric clinics across the South Bay, North Bay and East Bay.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current and active state licensure in Occupational Therapy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A results-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills.

Passion for a multi-disciplinary environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing how team members at Proficio location(s) deliver care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. 
• Leading occupation therapy delivery and initiatives through a team of occupational therapists, including the implementation of company-wide policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives.
• Advising and coordinating with interdisciplinary care partners on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintaining professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives.

In your role as a contributing Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for: 

• Providing occupational therapy and wellness services for the pediatric community including early intervention clients
• Conducting assessments using approved and relevant testing protocols, treatment plannings, and therapeutic interventions
• Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
• Optimizing each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction
