Subrogation Adjuster

Subrogation Specialist:

Network Adjusters is seeking an experienced Subrogation Specialist. This role handles primarily Commercial Automobile Insurance Subrogation claims with varying degrees of complexity and severity. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer service attitude with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Identification and research of all subrogation claims.
• Assist in the recovery of overpayments for duplicate coverage, workers compensation and no-fault claims.
• Identify legal liability and pursue, negotiate, and settle subrogation collection.
• Research paid claims, answer inquiries and coordinate with other departments, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and members.
• Interact with policyholders and clients.
• File arbitration and/or assign to litigation counsel or collection agencies, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• College degree or Technical Degree.
• 1 – 3 years of related insurance subrogation experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and success driven.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Obtain Adjusters licenses as required to meet business need.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licenses.
