No prior robotics experience required Our client is at the forefront in automating logistics. We are looking for someone to contribute to the deployment, service, and monitoring of robotics at customer sites. If you have experience assembling and troubleshooting/maintenance for conveyor belts that a huge plus, maintenance tech for Fork lifts would be acceptable as well

 

This is a 6 to 12 month contract position with the potential to convert full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support customers on-site for deployments and post-sales phases
  • Perform on-site demos to potential customers
  • Monitor and observe the operation of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Document operational data and generate performance reports
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding customer needs, product performance and desired improvements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Associate, bachelor’s degree, or technical certifications
  • Relevant experience or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields is a plus
  • Must navigate fast-paced operational environments analytically and utilize exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits (approximately 20% regional only travel)
  • CDL – ability to drive a box truck – highly desired.
