We are looking for someone to contribute to the deployment, service, and monitoring of robotics at customer sites. If you have experience assembling and troubleshooting/maintenance for conveyor belts that a huge plus, maintenance tech for Fork lifts would be acceptable as well

 

This is a 6 to 12 month contract position with the potential to convert full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support customers on-site for deployments and post-sales phases
  • Perform on-site demos to potential customers
  • Monitor and observe the operation of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Document operational data and generate performance reports
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding customer needs, product performance and desired improvements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Associate, bachelor’s degree, or technical certifications
  • Relevant experience or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields is a plus
  • Must navigate fast-paced operational environments analytically and utilize exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits (approximately 20% regional only travel)
  • CDL – ability to drive a box truck – highly desired.
