Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Palantir Engineer to join our team. As a Palantir Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Palantir solutions to meet the analytical and operational needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of Palantir platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, data analysis, and experience working with Palantir technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Palantir solutions to support business intelligence, data analysis, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize Palantir Gotham and Foundry platforms to meet specific use cases and requirements.
• Develop integrations with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow into Palantir environments.
• Optimize Palantir configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to address technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with Palantir product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies related to Palantir development and implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably with Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and SQL.
• Experience working with Palantir Gotham and/or Foundry platforms.
• Familiarity with Palantir's data integration capabilities and API.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Palantir Certification(s).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques.
• Experience working in government, defense, or intelligence sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
