A Partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Marketing Associate to their organization. In this role, you will help create, execute, and monitor campaigns that drive customer growth and loyalty. You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer acquisition, repeat buying habits as well as uncovering opportunities derived from analytics. You must also have a broad knowledge of the latest marketing technology, digital advertising, social media platforms, live streams, as well as a strong understanding of customer buying habits. Lastly, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of customer acquisition, as well as have an analytical mind and a creative eye for opportunity.

• Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies to amplify followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Manage and monitor daily social media activities with precision, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.

• Stay ahead of the curve with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.

• Develop and execute Email/ Marketing weekly campaigns to drive customer growth and loyalty

• Daily Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement

• Deep understanding in marketing technology and digital advertising to maximize customer acquisition/retention

• Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns that support marketing goals and product launches.

• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.


Must Haves:

• Experience curating content via all social media platforms in a professional setting – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) , EbayLive(plus)

• You must also have a comprehensive knowledge of the latest developments in marketing technology and digital advertising, as well as a strong understanding of metrics and analytics

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing and/or customer acquisition/retention

• Proficiency in Marketing and CRM platforms(hubspot), Adobe, MS Office Suite

$85000 to $90000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
