Exciting opportunity to join an awesome company as a results-driven E-Commerce Site Merchandising Manager to manage category and product merchandising on our website. This role aims to drive high customer engagement with product promotions, improve category sales volume, and foster growth for our brands. The eCommerce Site Merchandiser will focus on enhancing the shopping and browsing experience for our customers by ideating, executing, and testing strategies to optimize our online conversion funnels.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Focus: Ensure an effective consumer experience across all touchpoints, emphasizing product, price, promotion, and placement. Suggest and execute tactical and strategic ideas to grow the business.
Merchandising Collaboration: Work with the merchandising team to identify key trends and support them through marketing and site content to drive category sales.
Content Execution: Oversee timely execution of online content and product setup, including marketing events, promotional content, marketing copy, and imagery.
Site Optimization: Create and execute category-specific site merchandising optimizations, including attribute structure, navigation pathways, and landing experiences.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to track performance of curated assortments and understand effective merchandise placements and content slots.
Concept Development: Partner with the eCommerce product management team to develop concepts, page layouts, navigation, and other solutions for product and category launches.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Management: Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud to manage product attributes and visual merchandising efforts.
Competition Monitoring: Monitor competition to identify trends and opportunities in product categories and customer experience enhancements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (content teams, planning, digital marketing, and customer service) and vendors.
Content Auditing: Proof items and audit content to ensure best-in-class copy, imagery, and videos are offered to customers.
Inventory Management: Work with Planning and Inventory Management teams to determine product availability for sale and clearance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of marketing experience within the luxury or fashion consumer goods industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills, including working with large data sets.
- Proficient in strategic thinking and execution.
- Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong analytical skills combined with high creativity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
