You will provide overall support to our staff attorney. Our international service of process division serves process all over the world.ResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal documentsPrepare letters of request for international judicial assistanceResearch procedures for the taking of evidence abroadInform and advise US litigants on different methods of international serviceMonitor and ensure compliance with local, federal, and international rules for serviceWork on marketing research projects to grow the department focusing in the Latin American region.Record and store informationFollow up communication with attorneys via phone and emailManage incoming calls and provide quotes to potential clientsQualificationsAssociate's or bachelor's degree in legal or international relations - related field.Previous experience as a paralegal or working in a law officeFamiliarity with legal research and documentsAbility to prioritize and multitaskDeadline and detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual (Spanish) preferredIn-person positionBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Retirement savings plan.Professional development opportunities.A positive and collaborative work environment.Work Setting:In-Person at the Atlanta, GA (Chamblee area) LocationAs an equal opportunity employer, Gallo Legal Services does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or genetic information, gender identity, gender expression or any other characteristic protected by law in its employment.
