Job Description:

Holly Acres, Virginia's premier marine and RV dealer, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boat/RV Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in boats and RVs.

• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our diverse inventory, including the latest models from Yamaha, Key West, Regal, and more.

• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale and delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Assist in maintaining the sales floor and display areas.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine or RV industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Passion for boating, RVs, and outdoor activities.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
