The ideal candidate we make an offer to join our team will engage in the community and their natural market to qualify and obtain clients. You will deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions to help clients work toward their short-term and long-term financial goals. Helping your clients create financial plans and cross-checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information with your clients. We will coach and mentor you on how to build a financial practice organically through community involvement and relationships, so it benefits you the most long-term, versus cold calling with uncertainty. Everyone we consider for interviewing, is required to complete our career profile within 48 hours of applying, which we'll send by email. Hiring the right individuals is very important to us. We will not just hire anybody with a pulse. We believe in loyalty, integrity, positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment. Keep in mind, this is a performance-based career. Compensation includes a draw program, advanced commissions, Business Development Allowance Bonus, Monthly Incentive Bonus, Business Builder Bonus, renewals and residual income on all business with clients.

  • Work with new clients to educate and provide information to help them plan for a more secure financial future.
  • Networking in the community - BNI, Chambers, Community Events.
  • Continuous prospecting to secure new appointments.
  • Gathering referrals through favorable introductions.
  • Participating in fraternal activities.
  • Continuous learning of the business - products, cases, prospecting.
