Our Solar Energy client is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX (100% onsite, 610 West and I10). You will assist customers with complex questions, inquiries, and requests, using empathy and patience to provide effective support.


Responsibilities

  • Efficient and quality customer service to all customer segments via telephone and email communications.
  • Actively promote the company and the value of its products and services.
  • Accept and post payments.
  • Analyze and act on reporting issues identified during day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Market Relations communication and resolution.
  • Back up co-workers when needed.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer questions and concerns.


Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.
  • Solid writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and articulate thoughts and concepts well.
  • Experience in MS Office Suites and MS Excel.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Energy specific industry.
  • Knowledge of ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, NEISO, PUC and/or TDSP/TDU standards.
