Plant Manager

Purpose:
Oversee plant operations, including production, scheduling, warehouse, maintenance, and facility management. Ensure timely, complete, and error-free deliveries within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production and scheduling to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Control costs and implement Lean and 5S initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ensure facility and equipment safety, handling Capital Expense requests as needed.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and manage inventory to support production.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing with supervisory and budget responsibility; experience with Quality Management Systems.
- Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
- Skills: Strong in budgeting, planning, production scheduling, and process improvement; safety/OSHA knowledge; ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Leadership: Servant leadership, strong communication, team mentoring, and change management.
