Duties:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts i.e., HCP agreements, customer agreements, distribution agreements, GPO contracts, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, supply agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, etc.
  • Support Sales teams in reviewing customer agreements, consignment agreements, Requests for Proposals (RFP) and other forms of contracts for products.
  • Act as compliance business partner responsible for implementing the company’s corporate compliance program, including advising on policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and conducting compliance training


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one state bar
  • 3-5 years of experience with legal counseling either from a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FDCA, the Sunshine Act, and other relevant state laws
  • Life Sciences experience desired – Medical Device Industry experience a bonus
