Lake Wildwood Association Inc is a Homeowners association of nearly 3,000 homes located in the Sierra Foothills at 11255 Cottontail Way, Penn Valley, California, United States. We are a gated community with a Golf Course, Restaurant, Tennis/Pickleball Center, Community Center, Swimming Pool, Marina and Lake, and several parks.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position. The Director will be responsible for financial reporting to the General Manager, Finance and Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors. The Director must maintain high ethical standards, transparency and accountability with all constituents. This position provides sound financial advice as needed. The Director supervises the Accounting Manager, AP/Payroll clerk, Cash Management/AR, and Membership Coordinator. Responsible for all bank relationships, cash flow management, accounting of all fund balances, budgeting, and membership database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience required.
- Association or resort/club operations experience desirable.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in financial supervisory role.
- Experience with Audit processes.
- Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) desirable.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs. Familiarity with Jonas software is a plus.
