Job Summary:

The Genesys Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Genesys contact center solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Genesys platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation:
  • Design and configure Genesys contact center solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Implement Genesys software and integrate it with client systems and third-party applications.
  • Customize Genesys applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
  • Consulting and Advisory:
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on best practices and optimal use of the Genesys platform.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use of Genesys solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Genesys solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to clients and management on project status and system performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • years of experience working with Genesys contact center solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys architecture, including PureConnect, PureEngage, and PureCloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer (GCD) certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
