Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our USA team. This role is vital in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our market expansion by engaging directly with practitioners and business owners in the aesthetic sector. You will organize events, manage trade fairs, provide marketing support to clients, order marketing materials for Endospheres salons, handle lead management, and contribute to email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in tailoring communication content to resonate with the US market.


Responsibilities:

  • Organize and support the execution of events and trade fairs to promote Endospheres® technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them with marketing needs and ensuring they have the necessary promotional materials.
  • Manage incoming leads and follow up to ensure effective conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Support the adaptation of communication materials to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the US audience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in event organization, lead management, and customer support within the aesthetic or medical device sector is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in managing sales databases.
  • Must have a valid work authorization in the United States.
