We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Atlantic Beach, Florida location. Previous aesthetic or regenerative medicine experience is preferred, however, we offer an exceptional training program for the right candidate. We have a proven track record of developing RNs into skilled providers.The ideal candidate is a confident leader with outstanding skills at building patient relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Sell, perform, educate and/or assist with a variety of medical aesthetic and regenerative treatments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, including but not limited to: weight loss, microneedling, lasers, threads, and hormone replacement.
  • Prioritize patient safety and comfort, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient consultations and convert leads into paying patients.
  • Provide clear and transparent pricing information for treatments - “closing the sale”
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with patients within the Atlantic Beach community.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for each patient.


Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in office based medicine preferred - general practice, aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field.
  • Formal training in lasers, radio-frequency devices, and injections is a plus.
  • Exposure to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), joint injections, or platelet-rich fibrin/plasma is beneficial.
  • A positive, hardworking attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change as the industry evolves.
  • Commitment to self educating and staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends.
