Key responsibilities: Associate Manager, Treasury | Private Equity

  • Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities.
  • Support fundraising activities, including managing capital calls, distributions, and debt financing.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate transactions and secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash position, cash flow forecasts, and investment performance.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
  • Assist in the management of the firm's investment portfolio, including monitoring performance and compliance with investment guidelines.
  • Partners closely with accounting, legal, and investment teams, to support overall business objectives.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve treasury processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
