This is a primarily remote role that only requires the Senior Centralized Services Engineer (MSP) to occasionally come in to our Richardson, TX office. We are only considering candidates who live in the Dallas-Forth Worth area.


The IT Automation Engineer (ConnectWise) will monitor and maintain various aspects within the Network Operations Center, Servers, and RMM tools (ConnectWise), including network connectivity and performance, alerts and other notifications, backups, patches and releases, and change management. The IT Automation Engineer (ConnectWise) role is to address NOC and Server related tasks including patch remediation, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.


We are only considering IT Automation Engineer (ConnectWise) candidates with previous MSP experience who live within 50 miles of Richardson, TX.
