RTL Design Engineer
Location:- San Diego, CA
Duration:- 6+ Months/Contract to Hire
Pay rate:- $80 - $100/hr W2
Responsibilities of RTL Design Engineer
- Partnering with the IP team on SOC IP integration to perform SOC
- level RTL design, LINT, CDC flows, and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Power analysis flow and power analysis including ECO using Synopsys and other tools.
- Working with the verification team to verify the functionality and correctness of the design. Supporting PI/PD team to deliver netlist, spec timing constraints, perform timing analysis, and timing sign-off.
Requirements for RTL Design Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of digital design flow, including micro-architecture and RTL design, performance and power optimization, synthesis, timing analysis, logic debugging and timing closure of the design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SOC design and AMBA bus.
- Knowledge of AXI, NOC is a plus Experience with low-power design techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like TCL, Perl, or Python for automation tasks.
