Are you a dedicated Quality Assurance Professional looking to take on a challenging new role in the medical device sector? We are seeking an experienced and meticulous individual to embark on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension, as part of our client's dynamic team based near Burlington, Massachusetts. This position is integral in maintaining the high standards of product quality through diligent complaint investigations.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough Product Quality Complaint Investigations.

- Utilize Trackwise software effectively for documentation and workflow management.

- Operate within Veeva systems ensuring compliance and data integrity.

- Adherence to QMS protocols throughout all processes.


As this critical role requires being onsite five days per week at our Burlington, MA location; candidates must be prepared for full-time engagement with their teams.


**Relevant Skills Required:**

* **Product Quality Complaint Investigations:** In-depth analysis into customer feedback regarding product issues ensuring resolutions that uphold company reputation while adhering to safety regulations.

* **Trackwise Proficiency:** Leveraging this specialized tool will enable efficient tracking of quality events across various stages from initiation through closure—essential for audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

* **Veeva Systems Knowledge**: Familiarity with these cloud-based solutions is important as they assist greatly in managing regulated content along with key business processes such as document control & training management within life sciences industry settings

* **QMS Experience**: A solid understanding of how Quality Management Systems work including procedural requirements ensures ongoing adherence to internal policies alongside regulatory guidelines – crucial aspects when it comes down safeguarding patient health outcomes via reliable products
