Job Summary:

We are seeking a servant leader to join our organization as an IT Applications Manager supporting Natural Gas Measurement applications. This leader will oversee the development, maintenance, and integration of critical measurement and reporting applications in a dynamic and growing enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of management experience, a strong understanding of best practices in application development, and expertise in Natural Gas Measurement software such as FLOWCAL, TESTit, CALCit, and AUTOSOL Communication Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 IT professionals, with plans to double the team size.
  • Oversee and support critical Natural Gas Measurement applications, including:
  • FLOWCAL, TESTit, CALCit, and AUTOSOL Communication Manager
  • Reporting and analytics solutions: TIBCO Spotfire, TIBCO Data Virtualization, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Ensure smooth integration and support for multiple energy applications; familiarity with Quorum Midstream is a plus.
  • Review and understand code (Python preferred) to mentor the team in development best practices.
  • Lead vendor relationships for software upgrades, licensing, and maintenance for energy applications.
  • Implement and monitor best practices for application development, integration, documentation, and performance optimization.
  • Manage application-related reporting, including Crystal Reports, custom reports, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and smooth execution of application solutions.
  • Drive innovation in Natural Gas Measurement and reporting solutions to maintain industry leadership.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT management experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Strong background supporting Natural Gas Measurement applications, including FLOWCAL, TESTit, CALCit, and AUTOSOL.
  • Experience in application development and integration; familiarity with Python and ability to review code is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, TIBCO Spotfire, TIBCO Data Virtualization, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and report automation.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including upgrades and maintenance of energy-specific software applications.
  • Understanding of best practices in application development, integration, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate on high-profile projects like the Enlink acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
