This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage large projects, collaborate with third-party vendors, and oversee IT operations and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring successful implementation and service delivery.
  • Facilitate the definition of business requirements, design and implement solutions, and manage change processes effectively.
  • Oversee and collaborate with a variety of third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Solve complex business problems through innovative IT solutions and strategic thinking.
  • Manage IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Utilize structured systems development methodologies to guide day-to-day IT operations and project management.
  • Apply strong human resource management principles to foster a productive and motivated team environment.
  • Demonstrate functional knowledge in key areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT leader within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale implementation and service projects.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of SAP core modules (Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing) and process flows.
  • Proven ability to define business requirements, design and implement effective solutions, and manage organizational change.
  • Experience working with various third-party vendors and managing those relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing complex business challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of structured systems development methodologies, IT operations, and budget management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Functional expertise in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • PMP Certification is preferred.
