Our client is a top regional firm, seeking a senior corporate associate for its Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group in Roseland, NJ.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of general corporate M&A transactions representing strategics and private equity.
  • Experience representing venture transactions on the sell side, as well as advising on corporate governance.
  • Experience working with data and technology companies is a plus.
  • Experience representing vendors with SaaS agreements and data providers is also a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills; team focused.
