Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Window Cleaner at Rosie's Rinses LLC. The Window Cleaner will be responsible for window cleaning, contract cleaning, commercial cleaning, and working at height tasks to ensure that our customers' windows shine like new.


Qualifications

  • Window Cleaning, Contract Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning skills.
  • Experience working at height and ensuring safety protocols.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ok with working inconsistent hours until volume of work ramps up as company continues to grow.
  • Available to work Saturday and Sunday.
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus.
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from job sites across the greater San Diego area.
  • STRONG PREFEENCE to candidates with a large SUV or pickup truck that can safely transport company equipment like small ladders, a heavy water deionizer, hoses, and extended water fed poles to and from job site.


Compensation

  • 1099 Employment.
  • 2 days of paid training.
  • Hourly wage of $16.50 with potential to grow to $25/hour with a proven track record of reliability and hustle.
