We are actively seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a large apartment community in beautiful Bucks County, PA. If you are looking to take on more responsibility and have strong administration and communication skills, this is the chance for you to take the next step


Assistant Manager responsibilities include overall accounts receivable for the property, touring and leasing of apartments, and assisting the Property Manager with renewals, file preparation, resident notifications and activities, resident retention, and general administrative duties. An effective Assistant Property Manager must be administratively minded and organized for bookkeeping efforts as well as warm and inviting for the residents. The ideal candidate has dynamic leasing skills as well as professionalism to be able to interact with all levels of management and personnel and have the ability to work well and communicate with various personality types. This is a very busy office with a significant workload; they must be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is administratively strong, organized, customer service oriented, and an effective communicator with adequate experience in the multifamily industry.
