Onward Search is partnering with a major consumer company to hire a Mid - Senior Level Designer


This is a full 40-hour work week contract role that is slated to go 6 months.


It is hybrid remote / on-site 3 days a week in Skillman, NJ.


Mandatory Requirements:


  • 5 - 7 years' experience partnering with global teams to create holistic design experiences across packaging, branding, editorial, and layout.
  • Portfolio showing high-polished designs for beauty or luxury brands.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision in an international context
  • Able to package and present solutions to a wider business team
  • A flexible and open team player with a positive working attitude
