Calling all Pediatric COTAs in Greater Cleveland Creative Certified OT Assistant wanted to join our unique specialty autism center One-on-one and small group interventions target all OT areas of the IEP in addition to other life skills kids with autism really need to have. Flexible full time hours (32+ hrs/wk) available with competitive skill-based salary.
Ideal candidate is skilled in small group treatment as well as 1:1 treatment sessions and value co-treatment opportunities as a means of optimizing transdisciplinary benefits to the children of all ages.
Sign on bonus for any candidate previously trained in The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach (TSA) model. We train our staff in TSA (a neurodevelopmental intervention model) and provide constant mentorship support in the trenches. Full team collaboration with fellow OT, Speech, Music Therapy, Gen Ed, Adaptive Fitness Personnel, and specialized Aides is expected and regular teaming meetings occur often, at the start of shift.
