Labatt Food Service is hiring for a Replenishment Buyer at our San Antonio HQ. The duties of this job are to buy product from the Labatt warehouse in San Antonio to ensure inventory is on hand in the Dallas and Lubbock warehouses where it is needed to sell to customers. The Replenishment Buyer uses proprietary software to manage inventory within the distribution centers. The Replenishment Buyer will interact daily with Labatt Sales Reps, Buyers and Warehouse personnel. The Buyer’s objective is to maintain high inventory turn combined with a high fill rate for customers.

In addition, the Replenishment Buyer will be responsible for working with sales and management to effectively problem solve, helping the Corporate Buyers with various tasks associated with inventory management and cutting PO's to manufacturers for Labatt's 5 warehouses in Texas and New Mexico.

The direct manager is Dustin Hubertus, Director of Purchasing. The successful Buyer must have: the ability to think strategically, be detail oriented, have an aptitude to effectively solve problems in a fast paced environment, discipline to work independently, an enjoyment for working and effectively communicating with others, and a commitment to the success of the overall organization.

A Bachelor’s degree is required.
