Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lincoln, NE or Dallas, TX (Full-time, On-site)


Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager at Zephyr Towers, L.L.C. will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of telecommunications projects. This position encompasses coordination of logistics, management of the construction process, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (multiple years) in managing telecommunications crews, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.
  • Field experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in leading material procurement and logistics operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Competency in managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of raw land builds, telecommunications construction processes, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with the installation of tower foundations, trenching for power and telecommunications, stack construction of communication towers, access road construction, compound building, and fencing installation.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software and tracking platforms used in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the highest safety standards across civil and tower crew operations.
  • Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initial planning through to successful closeout.
  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, field construction managers, field crews, management, and most importantly, our customers.
  • Assign projects, build teams, and oversee the efficient execution of projects across multiple states.
  • Liaise with accounting and business development teams to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Engage with federal, state, county, and municipal government entities.
  • Identify and manage local subcontractors utilizing existing relationships and our database.
  • Monitor crew progress and provide timely reports as needed.
