Required:
- Experience using Payfactors or another market tool
- Compensation analyst experience
- Strong Excel reporting experience - vlook, pivot table
Preferred:
- Experience using Payfactors strongly preferred
- Experience working with a company that is 5,000+ employees
- Strong reporting skills and strong data analytics experience
- Excel macros
- Oracle

Job Description:
Growing company seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
- May serve as a compensation consultant to managers and HR by assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation solutions designed to help drive business growth.
- Conduct external market and internal equity analysis and provide managers and/or Human Resources with total compensation recommendations (New Hire Offers, Promotions, Job Changes, Market/Equity Adjustments)
- Administer annual salary planning, salary structures and various incentives and bonus plans.
- Prepares recommendations and special studies on subjects such as market pricing, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, and similar complex programs.
- Participate in market surveys; analyze survey data to identify market trends and ensure compensation programs are market competitive.
- Work with line managers creating and modifying job descriptions.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of experience
- Previous experience with market survey data and systems
- PayFactors experience is strongly preferred
- Superior analytical & project management skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise with common reporting and analytical systems including Excel (required), MS Access (preferred), Data Warehouse (preferred), Oracle ERP (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
