Our client located in Downtown Atlanta is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team


Pay : $50k - $55k

In office M-F, 8:30am - 5pm

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k


The primary activity of the Receptionist is the receiving and directing of phone calls, visitors and communications. Working under the direction of the Administrator/Office Manager, the Receptionist will concentrate on communicating tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the Firm.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of receptionist, networked switchboard or similar experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to project a professional image and demeanor
  • Proficiency in the use of telephone equipment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain awareness of clients, projects, and project types to best direct calls and visitors
  • Refer ‘cold calls’ to appropriate party
  • Rain and coordinate with administrative staff on telephone equipment for back-up reception
  • Greet clients and visitors, offering assistance in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
  • Maintain awareness of conference room usage, organizing occupancy when necessary
  • Greet couriers and accept package deliveries and/or direct couriers for package pick-up
  • Report unusual activity, maintaining alertness as people enter/exit office space
  • Assist staff members with special projects, as requested
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and other required software to successfully support position

Physical Demands

  • Majority of time is spent in sitting position
  • Ability to move throughout the office either by walking or through assisted means
  • There are no lifting requirements for this position.
