What You Will Do

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. This person will be responsible for creating a variety of technical documents, including installation manuals, instruction manuals, specification sheets, and technical blogs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical terms and concepts into clear, concise, and accessible language for a non-technical audience. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of technical concepts.


  • Develop and write comprehensive installation instructions, user manuals, and specification sheets.
  • Utilize 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) to create views, angles, and exploded views for step-by-step procedure for use in technical manuals/ documents.
  • Create engaging and informative technical blogs for a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
  • Create dimensional drawings from rough sketches, models, written or verbal direction, and/or marked up engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to gather and interpret technical information.
  • Translate complex technical terms and concepts into easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.
  • Ensure all technical documentation meets company standards for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Review and edit content developed by other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to style guides.
  • Preparing artwork (using Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign) for use in technical manuals, reports, product brochures, and spec sheets.
  • Producing life-like product renderings of growing product line using rendering software (Keyshot).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Create/ modify existing products and drawing in CAD software.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, or telecommunications preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe
  • Experience with graphic design software and tools for creating visuals to accompany technical documentation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
