Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Apex Heart and Vascular Center. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling various receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. The Front Desk Receptionist will also utilize clerical skills to support the daily operations of the center.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
