Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of operators to achieve production targets while providing coaching and feedback to promote positive employee behavior and development.
• Develop and implement operational systems, including scheduling, continuous improvement projects, production reporting, inventory tracking, and Visual Factory practices to support reliable and cost-effective operations.
• Oversee health and safety programs on assigned shifts, addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors promptly.
• Ensure the quality of products manufactured on the shift by supporting the development of quality management systems.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team, including leading shift-start huddles.
• Manage shipping and inventory activities with a focus on timely, customer-centric service.
• Plan, organize, and participate in meetings, including team and staff meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Associate degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Proficient in relevant software for data analysis, production planning, and inventory management, with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Initiative-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Shift - 7 days on 7 days off - 12 hour night shift (7pm-7am)
