A major client of ours has a need for an Analyst based out of their Jericho, NY office. This is a contract to hire opportunity which requires you to be onsite for 4 days and remote 1 day a week. The position is open to recent college graduates.


Summary:


Analysts are responsible for the design, development and production of ad-hoc analyses and standing (daily, weekly, monthly) reports that are necessary to run the company’s operations. Analysts are responsible for identifying trends, issues or abnormalities in the data and escalating to the attention of leadership.


Analyst are also responsible for monitoring, communicating with and building strong relationships between the Team and a group of approximately 75-100 partners. This person will be expected to engage partners primarily through telephonic and written means of communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Analytics (80%)
  • Track, report, and analyze the initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the reporting data and analytics.
  • Maintain KPI reporting using all available analytics data including shop performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Relationship Specialist (20%)
  • Responsible for building a strong business relationship with partners


Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to exercise of independent judgment and discretion
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Energy, hard-working attitude, and interest in having significant impact on the business
  • Responsible for building a strong business relationship with fruitbouquets.com partners
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau a plus


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to organize information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to proactively deliver key analytical projects.
  • Ability to also work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, able to provide complex information into concise messages.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic and collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work
