VB Rags Volleyball Academy is an organization dedicated to providing Best in Class Training to junior Volleyball players who want to grow in the game. We call the I Volley Complex our home facility. It is a state of the art facility with temperature controlled courts, a viewing area a snack bar, a volleyball store, and indoor/sand courts.

Role Description

Our Volleyball Coaches are responsible for training junior players and teams while promoting our organization's core values of Respect, Kindness, Inclusion, to ensure each player enjoys the process of learning in a safe and healthy environment. Some of the day to day activities include developing practice plans, teaching fundamental skills, organizing and leading practice sessions, and providing guidance and feedback to improve players' performance.

Qualifications

• Experience playing and/or coaching volleyball
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with individuals or teams of all ages and skill levels
• Passion for the sport of volleyball and a desire to help others improve

Relevant certifications or coaching qualifications are a plus.
