Job Description: The Director/VP of FP&A will report to the CFO and will play a critical role in managing the company's financial planning and analysis functions. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple locations and lines of business.
  • Conduct heavy variance business and financial analysis.
  • Lead a team of 5+ analysts, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and integrate financial models for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Present financial results and strategies to executive management and the board.
  • Prepare and oversee the monthly reporting package to the board.
  • Support senior management and the board with ad-hoc financial analysis and inquiries.
  • Ensure robust financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an FP&A Director or above in a company with $500M+ in revenue.
  • Private equity experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in managing financial operations in a multi-location, multi-LOB environment, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in M&A financial modeling and integration.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive management and board exposure.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Solid management reporting experience.
