Our partner is looking for a motivated bilingual HR coordinator who is fluent in Spanish to assist their HR department with daily operations and play a key role in recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at fostering a positive experience for both candidates and employees.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, orientations, and development initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees to answer HR-related questions and resolve concerns
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, including HR announcements and policy updates
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
