Wood Personnel is working with Roofing Service Call Center based out of Hendersonville, TN. They are in need of a Weekend Call Center Representative to join their team The ideal candidate will be someone who is positive, driven, customer-oriented, and reliable.


Compensation and Hours for the Weekend Call Center Representative


  • In Office (No remote options)
  • $18/hour to start
  • Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm
  • Health insurance offered during temporary period
  • Bonus Incentive available


Requirements of the Weekend Call Center Representative


  • Previous Customer Service experience in a call-center environment
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and customer base
  • Computer literate with demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications – Word and Excel
  • Excellent ability to multi-task


Responsibilities of the Weekend Call Center Representative


Answer incoming calls in a professional and joyful manner for all company locations

Answer questions regarding appointments, meetings, billing inquiries, project questions, and complaints

Call logging, data entry, scheduling, and sending out reminders

Assist in maintaining building security by ensuring visitors are known and expected prior to allowing them to enter the building

Interact with all customers with a positive and energetic phone presence
