Job description

Masis Professional Group is hiring for direct placement opportunities. We are assisting our client in searching for a Milling Operator.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility in all aspects of the restoration creation process.
  • Use dental lab equipment, such as milling machines and furnaces, to create prosthetics.
  • Keep accurate records of all production work performed.
  • Provide input on making technical decisions and coordinating schedule.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with team members.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
  • Optimize production by organizing and prioritizing daily work; Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Eliminate barriers to meet or exceed delivery dates and resolve quality fabrication issues.
  • Follow quality standards to reduce remakes and customer satisfaction issues.
  • Follow detailed instructions and specifications provided by customers.
  • Facilitate order tracking throughout the production process.
  • Monitor and prepare new orders for processing.
  • Package, label, and ship completed restorations.
  • Utilize Salesforce, SAP, or other business software transactions.
  • Stock and maintain supply inventories and prepare supply orders.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
  • Perform regular maintenance on milling center equipment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated advanced proficiency, 1-2 years' experience in related administrative duties.
  • Preferred: Dental laboratory experience.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong general mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Quality conscious and excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle

multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and utilize Lean tools; Ability to identify waste as defined by Lean principles.
