Schedule: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

Duration: 12-month contract

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the maintenance and operation of a commercial cell therapy facility by performing essential cleaning and stocking tasks within a controlled environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sanitary cleaning activities according to established procedures and management direction.
  • Managing sterile and non-sterile garment stocking, staging, and inventory control for gowning rooms.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of cleaning and inventory activities.
  • Completing all required training in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Ensuring cleaning supply inventory is properly maintained and never depleted.
  • Reviewing and signing off on required documentation.
  • Assisting other departments as needed to support facility operations.
  • Adhering to company, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe and effective work practices.
  • Embracing and promoting the company's quality culture.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.



Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Perform cleaning and sanitization tasks in ISO Class clean rooms and Controlled Non-Classified areas.
  • Handle garment stocking and inventory for sterile and non-sterile garments following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
  • Accurately track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Document activities and sign off on related records as needed.
  • Provide support across departments to ensure the smooth functioning of facility operations.
  • Consistently work in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.



Physical Environment and Requirements:

  • Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including cleanroom gowning, goggles, face shields, and gloves.
  • Work in ISO Class clean rooms for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Wear a respirator when handling specific cleaning chemicals.
  • Perform physical activities such as squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching for the majority of the shift.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift).



Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree or high school diploma with 1+ years of experience in operations, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cleanroom sanitization or cGMP operations is a plus.
